Managed pricing

The estimate has a $199 monthly account minimum, includes the first tenant, and charges $25 for each additional tenant. Every tenant includes 1 GB of storage. The $0.12/GB-month managed-storage rate covers more than raw storage, including the managed Microsoft 365 backup service, operations, and support boundaries.

Retention estimate

The first retention month is included. Chargeable retained storage starts in month two: 1 month is 0× paid storage, 1 year is 11×, and 3 years is 35×, before the tenant allowance. Actual delta growth, compression, and retained object volume can differ.

Estimate boundaries

Totals are in USD and exclude taxes, exceptional migration or restore work, and negotiated contract terms. The annualized run rate is 12 times the monthly estimate, not projected first-year spend. A written proposal controls the final price.
